  • What is the consideration amount for purchase of land?
    That the Buyer agrees to purchase the land on a mutually agreed consideration amount with the Seller. No hidden transaction.
  • What is the payable service charges to the Company?
    That the total consideration of service charges for the land shall be 10% or mutually agreed percentage to be paid before Registration of land.
  • Can I get refund of my service charges?
    That it is agreed between the parties that if, at any later stage of finalisation of sale, it will reveal or discover or come to knowledge of Buyer any deviation, mistrust, misrepresentation and defect in, Seller’s right title interest and possession over the land or, in usefulness and transferability of land, the Buyer shall reserve the right to get refund of 50% of the service charge paid.
  • What is Registration fee?
    It is a token fee of Rs 1000/- excluding GST non-refundable to be paid online, if anybody wants to enter to the details of land of his/her choice after surfing the website.
  • Can the Land be sold to third parties?
    That during the agreement period the land cannot be sold to third party without the consent of COMPANY.
  • Can anyone back out from any purchase agreement before making the deal?
    Yes either party can backout at any stage of the deal however the refund if any will be based on as per agreement terms and condition.
